Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • 1. The non-use or cancellation of the services post availing of a subscription does not entail User to a refund for the whole or part of the unused subscription.
  • 2. Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to in case of any misuse by the User.
  • 3. We may also request you for additional documents for verification.
  • 4. Refund shall be subject to User complying with this policy and other policies of the Company.
  • 5. Please note that if you initiate refund request, you explicitly agree to forfeit the remaining time and services in your current paid subscription.
  • 6. You, as User, will be eligible for the refund only in the case you're not receiving the services as per terms and conditions.
  • 7. While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Platform, we will not be responsible to refund, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:
    • Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
    • Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between "Bank/s", or
    • Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
    • Decline of transaction for any other reason/s where has not received your payment
  • 8. Due to the instant(immediate consumption) nature of the service, your account will be reviewed as per the terms and conditions. During this process, You will allow our team to complete the due diligence in the process and initiate the refund accordingly. Please note that upon initiating the refund, it may take upto 5-7 working days as per your bank norms.
Additional conditions shall be applicable to the User based on the following payment mode as set out below,
Payment mode - Payment done in single transaction:
  • Access: Access to the course will be granted upon the successful completion of the full and complete payment.
  • 7 Days No Questions Asked Policy: A 7 - day no-questions-asked policy will be applicable to this category of Users only after completing the full week’s tasks given in the batch for which they have enrolled and paid the fees.
  • Refund Request Period: Users in this category who wish to request a refund may apply for a full refund within the next 3 days (8th, 9th, and 10th day from the date of full and complete payment).
  • Refund Application: Refunds will be processed promptly for eligible cases within a reasonable timeframe. Such an application/ refund request has to be communicated at
Payment mode - Payment done in multiple transaction via pay-in-part feature:
  • Access: Access to the course will be granted upon the successful completion of the 1st payment.
  • Balance Payment Period: A 7-day period will be provided to the Users to make the remaining balance payment.
  • Grace Period: If the student fails to make the full payment within the initial 7 days, a grace period of an additional 7 days will be granted, only upon the User making a request and SuperKalam shall have a discretion in allowing such an extension.
  • Account Deactivation: If the full payment is not received even after the grace period (i.e., 14 days in total after the first tranche), the User’s account will be deactivated. In such a case, all fees previously paid shall stand forfeited.
  • No Refund for Partial Payment: In the case of payment in parts, no refund will be allowed for the partial payment.
