Refund Policy

  • 1. The non-use or cancellation of the services post availing a subscription does not entail you to a refund for the whole or part of the un-used subscription.
  • 2. Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to kalam.in in case of any misuse by the user(You).
  • 3. We may also request you for additional documents for verification.
  • 4. Refunds, if any, will be made via electronic payment transfers.
  • 5. Refund shall be subject to user(You) complying with Policies.
  • 6. Please note that if you request to your account, you will lose access to paid time and services left in your subscription. During the deletion process, you explicitly agree to forfeit the remaining time and services in your current paid subscription and acknowledge that you won't be refunded for the Service.
  • 7. You, as subscriber, will be eligible for the refund only in the case you're not receiving the services as per terms and conditions.
  • 8. While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Platform, we will not be responsible to refund, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:
    • Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
    • Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between "Bank/s", or
    • Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
    • Decline of transaction for any other reason/s where kalam.in has not received your payment
  • 9. If You are eligible for the refund, You need to write to us at contact@kalam.in within 24hrs of making the payment.
  • 10. Due to the instant(immediate consumption) nature of the service, your account will be reviewed as per the terms and conditions. During this process, You will allow our team to complete the due diligence in the process and initiate the refund accordingly. Please note that upon initiating the refund, it may take upto 5-7 working days as per your bank norms.
